ASUS ROG STRIX 1000W Platinum Overview

Designed to power high-resource demanding components while maintaining energy efficiency, the ROG STRIX 1000W 80 PLUS Platinum Modular Power Supply from ASUS is ideal for high-end gaming rigs or intensive workstations. With GPU-FIRST voltage stabilization and 80 PLUS Platinum certification, this power supply ensures next-level power efficiency and stability, no matter what challenge you throw at it.

Driven by a single 1000W +12V rail, you get ample power to support your gaming-level components with an array of connectors including four PCIe 8-pin connectors and a single dedicated PCIe Gen 5.1 16-pin connector that can support NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards. Compatible with ATX 3.1, this power supply is ready for next-gen hardware. The ROG heatsinks facilitate lower temperatures and the dual ball fan bearings ensure long lasting, reliable cooling with minimal noise.

80 PLUS Platinum
This 1000W PSU features 80 PLUS Platinum certification, rated to deliver up to 89% efficiency at 100% load and 92% efficiency at 50% load.
GPU-FIRST Voltage Sensing
Activate the "GPU-FIRST" voltage sensing by connecting the IVS cable. The patented intelligent voltage stabilizer enhances voltage stability by up to 45%, even during demanding gaming sessions and overclocking scenarios.
Etched Modular Cables
Use only the cables you need with the modular cable design. Made from a pliable premium material, the etched cables are flexible during installation and operate at temperatures 50°C lower than the safety limit when routed for cable management.

On average, the ROG STRIX 1000W power supply emits less than 20 dB of noise, earning this power supply the Cybernetics Lambda A+ certification.
0dB Technology
To reduce noise output, the PWM-controlled fan shuts off entirely when the PSU load is 40% or below.
