Too Much Wiggle

I bought this to try on my new shoulder rig for my C300 MIII. I also own the Tilta Quick Adjust Rosette adapter. Unfortunately this Smallrig Rosette adapter has too much play in the mechanism where you can toggle the position. Even after tightening it down on both connections, just too much play. In a real shooting situation it will likely cause unwanted noise with its rattle/click sound. Too bad, because i wanted to like this. Will likely return it and pick up another Tilta.
