Set up your conference room for Zoom Rooms conferencing with the Flex Tabletop Medium Room Conference System from Crestron. This hardware plus software solution is designed to enhance your medium-sized conference room with everything you need to run Zoom Rooms software with a single- or double-display setup.
The solution includes a tabletop conferencing device with a 7" touchscreen with a Zoom Rooms UI, a bracket assembly with a mini PC running Windows 11 IoT with Zoom Rooms preinstalled, along with HDMI, USB, and Ethernet cables and adapters. Also included is a wall-mount kit for Crestron cameras. It can all be controlled via the XiO Cloud service with a separately available subscription.

Designed to enhance the Crestron Flex system, the system features Windows 11 IoT and Zoom Rooms conferencing software preinstalled that enables audio and video connectivity for easy collaboration and content sharing.
Intuitive User Interface
The included CCS-UC-1 Crestron Flex Tabletop Conference device provides a powerful conferencing and collaboration experience for meeting rooms, huddle spaces, and executive offices. Its large 7" HD color touchscreen provides easy control and a Zoom UI, and its integrated AEC-enabled USB speakerphone provides full-duplex wideband audio performance.
Simplified Deployment
The included UC Bracket Assembly provides preassembled components on one ready-to-mount bracket to simplify installation. The assembly can be mounted on a wall, or it can be attached to the rear of the display device. Crestron's direct connection method further simplifies installation with a single connection from the Flex tabletop conference device or touchscreen to the UC Bracket Assembly.
High-Definition Video Conferencing
High-definition video conferencing is supported by using the following Crestron 1 Beyond cameras, including the IV-CAMHK-12-SLVR-1B, IV-CAM-P12, and IV-CAM-P20 models. Zoom Rooms software-certified third-party cameras are also compatible with the system.
Enterprise-Grade Security
This upgrade enhances the Crestron Flex system, which is equipped for mass deployment throughout any sized corporate, university, medical, military, or government facility with enterprise-grade security.
Easy Provisioning and Device Management
The XiO Cloud service is an IoT cloud-based provisioning service that enables installers and IT managers to deploy and manage thousands of devices easily. It allows for system alerts, network management, provisioning, and the pairing of a control device to the system's UC Engine. System updates are controlled by Windows software update.
