question

how to add up data on flash drive before it is full?
Asked by: Anonymous
If you look under the information on the drive, it will tell you how much space is used, and how much space is left.

question

how can i find out how much data is on the flash drive before it is full?
Asked by: Anonymous
Depends on what O.S. you have. XP, Vista, Win7, simply plug in the usb flashdrive and click on the start button and then Computer or: My Compter and your flash drive will be there along with how much data is on there as well as how much free space is left on the USB drive. If you have Win 8, I recommend you install StartMenu8 which is a free program and will give you back your start button and then just follow the instructions above. NOTE: Make sure when you're installing StartMenu8 that you uncheck any other programs that may want to piggyback in from it. This is normal when downloading free software so as long as you are aware, you will have no issues.
