The included AC cable that comes with the ASUS ProArt Display PA32QCV 31.5" 6K HDR Monitor is a US plug. There is no EU plug included with the monitor.

The initial monitor should be connected to the Thunderbolt port on your computer, while the second display should be connected from the second Thunderbolt port to the second monitor.

To connect the ASUS ProArt Display PA32QCV 31.5" 6K HDR Monitor to an Apple Mac mini, I suggest using one of the Thunderbolt ports on the back of the Mac.
