The cable is engineered to be both quiet and durable, and is well suited for critical recording and broadcast situations.

Studio Elite 4000 Series cables are made from 24 AWG OFC copper wire that's wrapped with PE insulation and a conductive PVC inner shield. Born in the Studio
Bringing the acclaimed features of the M-Series headphones to a price point that's accessible for all, the black Audio-Technica ATH-M20x monitor headphones offer solid build quality and audio performance for musicians and content creators recording and mixing at home. Outfitted with 40mm dynamic drivers and an over-ear, closed-back design, the ATH-M20x headphones deliver enhanced bass response and wide bandwidth (15 Hz to 20 kHz) while isolating you from outside sounds.

Thanks to the 15° swiveling earcups, high-quality materials, and generous cushioning on the headband and earpads, the headphones are both durable and comfortable to wear. The ATH-M20x features 40mm dynamic drivers with rare earth (neodymium) magnets and CCAW (copper-clad aluminum wire) voice coils for quality sound reproduction at a competitive price point.
Tuned for Enhanced Bass Response
The drivers and headphone design work together to provide a sonic signature tuned for enhanced bass performance. With a frequency response of 15 Hz to 20 kHz, the ATH-M20x can reproduce a full spectrum of tones.
Over-Ear, Sound-Isolating Design
The ATH-M20x utilizes a circumaural design that contours around the ears for excellent sound isolation in loud environments. This over-ear, closed-back style is optimal for reducing bleed and separating you from outside sounds.
15° Swiveling Earcups
Equipped with 15° swiveling earcups, the ATH-M20x ensures a great fit.
Attached Single-Sided Cable
Keeping it simple and clean, the ATH-M20x incorporates an attached 9.8' cable that exits from the left side. This increases convenience and makes it easier to distinguish the different sides of the headphone.
