To be able to use the RODE Wireless Micro 2-Person Ultracompact Wireless Microphone System with USB-C Connector (2.4 GHz, Blue) with the AcePro 2, you would need the Insta360 Microphone Adapter for Ace, Ace Pro, and Ace Pro 2 (BH #INMAACEPRO2). To be able to use it with the X5, you would need to use the Insta360 Microphone Adapter for X5 (BH #INMICAX5).

Although the RODE Wireless Micro 2-Person Ultracompact Wireless Microphone Pro System for Cameras and Mobile Devices (2.4 GHz) includes two different wireless receivers in the box, each transmitter can only be paired to one receiver at a time. You won't be able to pair the transmitters to two receivers simultaneously.

The transmitters included with the RODE Wireless Micro 2-Person Ultracompact Wireless Microphone System with USB-C Connector (2.4 GHz, Black) will only work with the USB-C, Lightning, or camera-mount receivers for the RODE Wireless Micro System. The Wireless Micro transmitters are not compatible with the receivers from the RODE Wireless GO II, Wireless ME, or Wireless PRO Wireless Microphone Systems, or with the built-in wireless receivers in the RODECaster Pro II, RODECaster Duo, RODECaster Video, RODECaster Video-S, or Streamer X Production Consoles.

The design and thickness of iPhone cases can vary, so it really depends on the actual case you have and the amount of space it allows for the USB-C connector. The USB-C receiver for the RODE Wireless Micro 2-Person Ultracompact Wireless Microphone System with USB-C Connector (2.4 GHz, Black) will attach to some smartphones that are mounted in cases, but may not be compatible for use with all types of cases.

Does this have dual channel recording to separate the audio when editing?

The RODE Wireless Micro 2-Person Ultracompact Wireless Microphone Pro System for Cameras and Mobile Devices (2.4 GHz) features a dual-channel receiver; however, it does not provide a recording feature. If your smartphone or camera provides multitrack recording, the two audio signals from each microphone will be recorded to separate files.
