Looks nice and functional

Bought it just for the grip, I don't need functionality of base plate. Looks nice, feels nice. I was a bit afraid that the connection of the wood grip with metal plate would not hold the weight of the camera if you hang it just on your fingers. But turns out it's pretty solid, wiggle is less than 1mm. The grip doesn't give you a comfort of other bulky cameras (like OM-1 or Canon FF bodies) but it definitely improves the ergonomics and can be removed if not wanted.

Fit was perfect, adds a bit of purchase without being as bulky as some of the other options. Looks good on the OM-3. The bottom edge of the wood was pretty sharp, but since it was wood it was easy to knock off the edge with high grit sandpaper with no change in the look at all.
