Samsung S80UD Reviews
Excellent monitor for the price
The monitor is an excellent option for the price I paid. It is not bottom of the line, nor top of the line, with refresh rate a bit slow and takes a bit longer to turn on or shift to display modes, but I cannot complain for the price. I liked it enough to buy a second one!
Horrible Monitor and Horrible Return Policy
So I bought 32" first, liked it and ordered 37" with the hope that it would be the same quality, just a bigger size which I wanted at the moment. When 37" came I noticed that it's absolutely not the same as 32", and only after I started my little investigation I figured out that 32" is IPS, and 37" is VA...What??? It's the same model...Why??? So I sent return request with wish to change this horrible VA to 32" IPS and they said NO! Like what? 1 day old monitor not good for exchange/return? After googling I figured out that they don't accept 37"+ monitors back, don't you wanna put all this information on the monitor page? I loved B&H for many years, but from this day I'm switching to whatever Best Buy and Newegg! Bye!
