SmallRig EN-EL15C USB-C Overview

Power any Nikon camera that uses EN-EL15c batteries with this USB-C Battery from SmallRig. The fully decoded EN-EL15c battery features a 2600mAh, 17.28Wh capacity and provides a 7.2V output. A 5V, USB-C input allows you to charge the battery to 100% in about 2.5 hours with any USB adapter or power bank.

The lightweight plastic casing is fire resistant with a durable design. A 2' USB-A to USB-C cable is included for charging, and a cover is included to protect the battery contacts in storage.

They care well without overheating. However, I only used them for backups as my current camera use is not sufficient enough to use them at this time. They are backups.

I’ve been a professional Nikon shooter for 15 years and have always used OEM batteries. I decided to try these out mainly because of the built-in USB-C charging port. One of the batteries became swollen after just 2–3 charging cycles. BH refunded it without any issues. The second battery is still holding fine, but only time will tell how it goes

Does the 2600 mAh version of this battery last much longer than the 2400mAh version of the Small Rig battery??
