When using the Audio Summing feature, which XLR/TRS ports are the summed signals output to for each of the 4 sum configurations?
The Shure SLXD4Q+ Quad-Channel Digital Wireless Receiver offers an audio summing feature that allows you to combine multiple channels and route them to specific outputs. Here's how the summed signal routing works for each of the four summing configurations:
Summing Output Configurations:
Sum 1+2:
Output: XLR Channel 1
Signal: Combined audio from Channel 1 and Channel 2
Sum 3+4:
Output: XLR Channel 3
Signal: Combined audio from Channel 3 and Channel 4
Sum 1+2+3+4 (All Channels)
Output: XLR Channel 1
Signal: Combined audio from all four channels
Sum 1+2 to 1, 3+4 to 3
Output: XLR Channel 1 = Sum of Channels 1+2
Output: XLR Channel 3 = Sum of Channels 3+4
