This grip is well built, and machines to fit very well with the Nikon Zf. And this grip is essential to improve the ergonomics of the Zf. But...it still doesn’t make the handle of the camera all that comfortable. And I wish the actual wood felt a little more premium, it’s just fine. Really wish it also included a thump rest/grip in the design, that might do the trick nicely. But still very much appreciate how well this fit and that I still had access to most everything...one big gripe, and why I’m docking a star, is that the bottom plate makes it very difficult to get the SD card out for switching, not the biggest deal but super annoying.

The silver color matches nicely but the base didn't line up perfectly. There was a small lip on the front edge of the grip. Also the handle felt loose on the wooden handle. Both minor issues but I'd rather look around and pay more for a better alternative.
