Outfitted with their proprietary Vari-Angle prism electronic image stabilization system, the Canon 15x50 IS All-Weather Image Stabilized Binoculars are an ideal optic for bird and nature watching, marine use, or astronomical use. Their quick-response time and ±0.7° correction angle easily compensates for the common hand-shake that can make viewing through binoculars of this magnification difficult or disorientating. A single-activation button located precisely where the right forefinger naturally rests makes using them easy and allows you to concentrate on viewing without distractions.

Has anyone had a problem with them fogging up? I have a pair of Fujinon 14X40 that fog up. They are worthless when they do this.
No problems with them fogging in the three years I have had them. And I have had them between pretty extreme weather conditions (Idaho winter weather in and out of my truck).

The eyepiece on my Canon 10x42 L Image Stabilization Waterproof Binoculars
Canon 10x42 L Image Stabilization Waterproof Binoculars is too wide to fit in y eye socket. I need 1-1/2" d and c. 1/2" from lens. Any image stabilized waterproof/resistant fit this bill?
The only generic eye cups B&H sells are the Field Optics Research Eyeshields Standard Size Eyecups (Pair)

What does "electronic image stabilization" means in binoculars? Shouldn't it be OIS?
The Canon 15x50 IS All-Weather Image Stabilized Binoculars feature Canon's Electronic Stabilization which uses small integrated accelerometers to measure any body movements (or hand shaking) and then sends instructions to adjust the prisms to counteract the detected motion and keep your view steady.

What are the best solar filters for Canon 15X50 IS binoculars for use with Hoya UV filters attached ?
I would recommend the Ice 58mm Coated ND100000 Solid Neutral Density 5.0 Filter (16.5-Stop) https://bhpho.to/49HIIiC for solar viewing with the Canon 15x50 binoculars.

Will someone please recommend a pair of cushioned collars (aka eyecups?) that will fit on the Canon eyepieces?
So unfortunately we do not carry anything cushioned that will be compatible. The only Item that I can recommend is the Field Optics Research EYESHIELDS Eyecups (2 Pairs, Standard Size).

I wear glasses and wonder if the eye relief of the Canon Stabilized 15x50 will be sufficient for me to get a full view?
The Canon 15x50 IS All-Weather Image Stabilized Binoculars (BH # CA15X50) provides 15mm of eye relief, which seems to work for most eyeglass wearers.

question
I noticed in the reviews submitted by Mr Dave and Mr Bill that they had front objective screw-in hoods on their binoculars. Where can I get a pair of those? They would have to be 58mm for the 15x50 IS binoculars.
It seems that my original question piqued a lot of interest in this modification for the Canon 15x50 Binox. I kept digging and found the answer right in front of me. As soon as you enter the B&H website, put lens hoods in the Search Box. Then scroll down about 15 items (it may vary from day to day) to Sensei PRO 58mm Aluminum Lens Hood for $9.75. That is exactly what I was looking for. And it is exactly what is pictured in the referenced reviews for the 15x50 IS Canons. It takes two. I will screw a 58mm UV filter in each objective lens, then screw an aluminum lens hood into each filter and top it off with a 62mm lens cap.

question
I noticed in the reviews by Mr Dave and Mr Bill the photos showing screw-in lens hoods. Who makes those and can I order a pair? I have had the 15x50 IS binocs for just over a year and am looking for ways to improve some of its minor shortcomings.
I use the Sensei hoods my Canon binoculars. I do not have the same model as you, but check your filter size (58mm?) and buy two of the corresponding hoods of the same size and screw them in. My hoods are always on, and occasionally I add polarizers before the hoods when i am on the water. Check these at B&H: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1079792-REG/sensei_lhm_58_pro_58mm_aluminum_lens.html
