An AC power supply is supplied with the Nanlite FC720C RGB LED Spotlight, but in order to run off of batteries, you would need a 48V power supply like the Dynacore D-4S-48V V-Mount Battery Extender/Charger for 48V Gear/SkyPanel (B&H #DYD4S48V). In addition, you will need 4 V-mount batteries and a charger.
