This kit includes a support rail that is designed to mount horizontally between the two included C-stands. Each stand extends to 59.2" in height and the rail extends up to 65" in length.
The Savage Telescoping Support Rail enables you to attach lights, modifiers, and camera sliders of almost any size between two C-stands or the patent pending Savage Double Riser Stand. Achieve a lower position to the ground than is typically possible with most tripods or support stands by clamping the support rail at any height onto the riser columns. Alternatively, mount the Telescoping Support Rail atop Baby Pins and raise it to the desired height. Two removable 5/8" studs are included. Add more studs to mount multiple light sources such as LED panels or RGB light tubes. Used in conjunction with the Savage Double Riser Stand, the Telescoping Support Rail enables slider rails, dolly systems, or banks of lights to be quickly and effortlessly moved around the studio as one consolidated unit.
