The Canon EOS R6 V Mirrorless Camera does not have a timecode port, and there is not an option for timecode via USB-C. You can set timecode via the 3.5mm microphone input with the Tentacle Sync E mkII Timecode Generator with Bluetooth 5.0 (Single Set), BH #TETE1MK2.

Unfortunately, the Canon EOS R6 V Mirrorless Camera will not output 7k Opengate ProRes over HDMI. It can output 7k ProRes RAW externally via HDMI, but not Opengate.

However, the camera's 3:2 open-gate recording mode makes it easier to compose footage to later crop in editing software for vertical and horizontal video projects.
