Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm (AE metering), or any other functions are not retained using this adapter. In this case you will need to meter in "stop-down mode" since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body.

I ordered the Novoflex Adapter and the�FotodioX Pro Lens Mount Adapter for Nikon F Lens to Canon EF-Mount Camera.� The Novoflex costs three times as much and doesn't work.� The adapter comes off when you try to put the lens on the camera.� The Fotodiox is cheapter and much much easier to use.
no instruction manual. after placing the adaptor on the lens I had to watch a youtube video in German, I don't know German, to figure out how to get it off the lens.
