Yes, the adapter will allow most F mount lenses to fit on a Canon camera.The lens and the adapter is manual so like on the Nikon D810 it will be fully manual.

Can I mount Olympus 4/3 and m4/3 lenses which I'd like to mount on my Sony FF A7R?
This adapter would be for mounting Nikon lenses to a Canon EOS body, it would not enable one to mount four thirds mount or micro four thirds mount lenses to an E-mount body. That being said 4/3 and micro 4/3 lenses are designed for sensors half the size of a full frame camera, so wouldnt be suitable for the a7R. B&H does not carry, nor am I aware of an adapter on the market that would enable one to mount the 4/3 and micro 4/3 lenses on an E-mount camera.
