Enhance your Mac Studio or Mac mini with the fast, high-capacity, and stackable 28TB StudioStack Thunderbolt 5 Storage Hub from OWC / Other World Computing. Designed to edit 8K video, run AI models, and access files with speeds of up to 6302 MB/s, the StudioStack is preformatted APFS/HFS+ for Mac and features one M.2 2280 slot preinstalled with an 8TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD and one 2.5/3.5" drive bay preinstalled with a 20TB 7200 rpm SATA III 3.5" hard drive. The temperature-controlled, variable-speed cooling fan prevents overheating, while a Kensington Lock slot ensures security.

The StudioStack connects to your host system using an 80 Gb/s Thunderbolt 5 port that also supports a display bandwidth of up to 120 Gb/s. Other integrated ports include three Thunderbolt 5 ports and three 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 (3.1 Gen 2/3.1) ports that are backward compatible with USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1/3.0) and USB 2.0. Also featured is 60W of power delivery, power/activity LEDs, and compatibility with Windows, Mac, iPad, Linux, and ChromeOS operating systems.

If you don't have a system that supports Thunderbolt 5, the StudioStack will work with Thunderbolt 4/USB4 at speeds up to 3200 MB/s and with Thunderbolt 3 (Mac only) at speeds up to 2800 MB/s.
