Haven't Used But Very High Quality Feel And Look. I Have 2 Sets Of Stands And The Kit With The Grip And Ears But At Least The Grip Head Appears To Be Of Very High Quality

It does what it says it does by having an extra large hole to hold ointo a Skylite frame and mount to C-stand. But rather pricey.
