Great and easy to install!

I didn't really know what to expect, but the product was great and very easy to install. I recommend looking up the installation videos from the manufacturer on YouTube. I used the recommended 2 5/8 sheets of dry wall with green glue between, and it was very easy to attach. The rails were also easy to cut to size using a normal pair of metal cutters. The room sounds amazing. Hard to really quantify how well they work on their own, since I did new insulation and the green glue, but with the combination of all of that, my garage sounds incredible.

Not what I thought and kind of expensive

I read online that resilient channel is great for sound proofing. There are other resilient channel out there that is a lot cheaper, but I wanted the best so I brought these which is quite expensive compare to other brands. It was very easy to install and we had it up and done within hours. We use these alone with Roxol safe and sound. But it didn't help much with sound proofing. I think the Roxol works better than this resilient channel. Overall, I'm not too happy about this product and would not use it again. The only pros is that it was easy to install.
