The interior of this bag is only 25.5 inches so the TT-76 will not fit.

How big is the exterior pocket? Will it accommodate the Manfrotto 322RC2 grip action ball head? It's about 9 long by 3.5 in diameter at the widest point.
The useable pocket space is about 5 3/8 (zipper down to pocket bottom) x 8 3/4 (across inner side seams) - the pocket itself being bit larger. My tripod fits well into the bag but does not allow much give to the pocket depth. Hope this helps. Pleased with quality of the bag.

One reviewer said it had 1/4 padding. Some others said it had very thin padding and at least one reviewer said it had no padding. So how much padding does it have?
The padding is very thin between 1/16 and 1/8 inch. Definately, not a quarter inch. No padding is not right either.
