    A4812 48V to 12T In-Line Barrel Adapter is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Introduces noise I bought this to use with a 416T and free up my MM-1 but the noise it introduces is too severe. Not sure if this is a side effect of all 12T to 48V adapters or just the one I bought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Effective I use this product in combination with my Tascam DR40 audio recorder which provides phantom power and my Sennheiser 416T which requires T power, so it would be impossible to use the microphone without this adapter. The adapter is self is well priced, sturdily built and extremely low profile - I don't even notice it's plugged in, as it takes up little space. It is annoying that T power itself is now legacy technology, as it would be preferable to not even need to use an adapter at all, but seeing as I have to, this one get's the job done effectively.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from One of these adapters failed after 5 min I needed two of these for some vintage mics, but one of the two I bought failed during my first trial after 5 min of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big surprise in a small package This was just supposed to convert 48v phantom power to T 12v phantom power for the older type microphones. Well, it does that and doubles the output level from the conventional T power supplies. Great product if you need it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inexpensive & easy fix for older mics The PSC adapter allows you to breathe life into older microphones by providing them with the power they need to operate in today's world. Its no secret that the 48V phantom power is the current standard to power condenser microphones. This simple to use device safely converts the current 48V phantom power into 12V enabling the older T style microphones to be continued to be used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never been happier! This is a very nice adapter. It's small and very lightweight. I can plug it straight up to my microphone and it feels as if nothing has changed. It doesn't have to go into the mic though, you can plug it anywhere in between the power source and the microphone. I wouldn't choose any other adapter over this one. PSC made this one just right.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does a job but a poor standard of manufacture This kit has to be precisely engineered because it is going to be used with microphones very sensitive to noise. It is not. It does not have the same snap lock security I experience with any other xlr connector. I took it apart and housed it in my own r case and achieved the snug rumble rolling free fit I demand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It does what it's supposed to do I bought this to provide phantom power to a used Sennheiser 415T mic. Does the job without problems so far. Feels well built. Time will tell how it holds up. If it lasts five or more years, I'd give it five stars. What's great: Very light weight, the price. Not so great: Kind of long.
