Can this work with condenser podium mics such as the Shure Centraverse CVG18-B/C?
You would NOT need to use this item. The CVG18 series requires 48v phantom power that is common for many mic preamps and mixers. This adaptor is intended for microphones that require 12volts reduced from the 48volts of phantom power. This mic can be plugged directly into any mixer or preamp that provides 48v phantom power
