The VariZoom VZ-Stealth-LX is a LANC controller which shares all the same features as the VZ-Stealth while having a few additional enhancements for additional control. The three extra features include autofocus on/off, data on/off, and iris adjustment with F+ and F- (with compatible cameras). The throttle-style zoom control makes steady zooms intuitive and easy. The entire unit can be attached easily to tripod handles up to 1.25" in width, making it perfect for a wide variety of video applications.

Will this work on a Panasonic CX350? I want zoom, focus and iris. Do not need auto anything.
The CX350 has a LANC input. This is a LANC controller, it should work well with the CX350.

Will this device work with the Sony A7s via adapter? Will all functions work?
To get this device to connect to the A7s you would need 2 adapters. First an adapter to go from Lanc to A/V R and then one to go from A/V R to Multi Terminal. Even after connecting those 2 adapter I cannot confirm that all or any of the functions will work for you. The Sony RM-VPR1 is a cleaner solution that will not require any adapters.

Is this compatible with the Sony FDR-AX53
I'm afraid not. The AX53 has a Multi-Terminal Input, not a LANC Connection. This controller will not work with it. However you could look at the Revo Video & Photo Remote for Select Sony Cameras, B&H # REVRSMULTI. While neither the manufacturer nor B&H has tested this combination, we both feel very confident that all functions will work. If you chose to buy, do know that you have a 30 day policy with B&H if you find the unit unsatisfactory.

Will this work on Sony HDR-CX900, HXR-MC88, and HDRFX1000?
This is a LANC controller, the camcorder will need to have a LANC connection for this to work with it. The HDR-FX1000 and HXR-MC88 both have LANC connections and will work. However the CX900 does not have a LANC Connection though, it will not work with this controller.
