This 100-pack of 16 x 20" Print Protector's from Clear File is made to store and protect photographs, digital prints, and inkjet prints against fingerprints during handling, and against other outside contaminants. The page is designed to hold two prints at once, or a single matted print. The top-loading Print Protector pages, which are archival safe and acid-free, are made of a 6 mil clear polypropylene plastic.

Is it possible to put a matted picture (2 boards, 4 ply each) in these sleeves?
The print protectors I have are exactly 16.25 x 20.5 inches. I think you can probably fit your matted work into this (two 4 ply boards and an image in between), although it will most likely be a slim fit--which is a good thing, I believe, to keep the work from easily slipping out.
