As the Olympus RM-1 Wireless Infrared Remote for use with the E-510 has been discontinued and is no longer avaialble, the Vello IR-O1 Infrared Remote Control for Select Olympus Cameras, B&H # VEIRO1, would be the current replacement camera we carry that would work for your needs.https://bhpho.to/2pbr7dv

Unfortunately, the RC-300C is not compatible with the OM-D E-M5. From Olympus, you could use the RM-UC1 (B&H# OLRMUC1). For a wireless option, you could look at the FreeWave Wireless Remote Shutter Release for Nikon and Olympus Kit (VERWO2K).
