Media Holster (Pack of 2) is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 61.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Useful accessory for all your cameras I put these useful little holsters on each of my cameras' straps to hold an emergency CF card. They are very handy in those cases where you just grab a camera and go. If you run out of card space, you have a spare without having to return for your bag. I love that they are simple to put on: undo do the strap, slide this on and reattach the strap. Once attached, it can be moved around freely along the strap, yet it is guaranteed not to slip off. The lid is secured with Velcro, but should be plenty strong enough for the light-weight CF cards. Definitively one of the more useful things you can attach to your camera straps.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from potentially useful small pouches I bought these with the intention to carry spare battery/SD card, as well as hoping it could hold my Olympus VF1 optical viewfinder for E-P1. It does hold an SD card in its case or one spare battery (though difficult to hold both together), and is a very tight but usable carrying pouch for the VF1. My only main gripe is that you need to remove the camera strap to attach/remove the holster (since the back loop is fixed), but once in place it serves as a relatively compact holder for these items.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Optech Digital Film Pouch Mfg # 4701002 This is a terrific little jewel; I have one sewn on each end of my camera strap to hold extra CF cards so they are always handy. You can put the card in by itself or enclosed in the plastic case - fits either way. Very secure, never lost a card and very handy. I sewed them on just to prevent them from slipping up and down the strap but there is no danger of them coming off. Only wish they made a slightly bigger one so I could carry an extra Canon BP-511A battery. Expertise: Experienced Amateur Taking About 10,000 photos per year Problems Encountered: Some camera straps may be a little wide to slip through the sewn on binding but the Canon Digital EOS straps fits through snugly as though they were custom designed to fit. Others may be a little narrow allowing some lateral movement though this should not effect security of your cards at all and could be stopped by tacking.Pouch may be a little roomy for smaller cards like SD and mini-SD that many consumer camera's use but still should secure the cards well. In 3 years of constant use I have encountered no problems of any kind except the aforementioned tendency for them to slip along the length of the strap which was easily solved by tacking them in place where I wanted them.Great product - so good I am going to make a slightly rommier version for a strap battery pouch. Previous Equivalent Item Owned: Other pouches, none better for this purpose regardless of cost Items I Recommend: A battery pouch

Rated 5 out of 5 by from highly convenient and useful Just like film when the end of the roll came all to soon and at the worst possible time, so it goes with memory cards, only not nearly as often as film. With these things attached to your camera strap, a new memory card is most convenient and accessible and can save valuable seconds over card storage in a pocket or a camera bag. Some may worry about losing a card from one of these holster, but in years of use in tough field conditions I have never lost a card from a media holster.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfection! These fit on my BlackRapid Slings easily and I can photograph an entire wedding without having to lug around a big media pouch or camera bag. Super easy to get into and don't make a ton of noise which is exactly what I wanted for shooting weddings. Nicely dine OP/TECH USA!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Neat and nifty I attach these to my camera bag and camera straps. It's a great way to keep small items easily accessible without having to go into a pocket/wallet/bag. Mostly I use it for storing SD cards for quick switching, up to 4 AA batteries or at a literal stretch a Canon LP-E6 battery. It is light and unobtrusive. It is flexible so for media cards I would recommend at minimum to put them inside little jewel cases. While it certainly isn't waterproof the flap folds over the top affording some protection from rain/splashes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy for batteries & cards! I love these pockets. I keep one on each side of my camera strap so I always have an extra battery and extra memory card. They are stretchy so fit various sized batteries and cards/card holders. I have a set for each camera that has a camera strap. Don't forget to charge your stored battery.
