- Horizontal and Joystick Grip Positions
- Load Capacity: 17.6 lb
- Integrated Handle Squeeze Trigger
The 322RC2 Ball Head from Manfrotto can be attached to tripods or other support systems that feature a 3/8"-16 mount. By squeezing the control handle's integrated trigger, the head's ball-and-socket joint can be quickly swiveled, angled, fully tilted, or returned to its upright position. A thumbwheel set within the control handle can be rotated to apply tension control to the ball-and-socket joint's movements. Once the squeeze trigger is released, any adjustments to the position of the ball-and-socket joint are locked into place.

I can't seem to get this head to look straight up. I do a lot of birding and need to point the camera up vertically to get a shot. Is there a way to do this?
I think you have to turn it sideways so the slot can allow you to rotate it up.

I use my Canon 80D for videos once in a while. Will this work as a video pan?
No, this would not be good for video. You are much better off getting a video head or you can get a hybrid head for both. Click the link below to view;

question
Manfrotto 322RC2 head no longer holds tension well. How do I tighten it up?
There is a 3mm Allen screw located on the non-handgrip side that you can tighten. I was instructed to squeeze the handle when making this adjustment, and to only turn it 1/4 turn at a time to increase tension.
