This cylinder mould-made media features an ultra-smooth finish, and is optimized for Epson Photographic Dye, Epson UltraChrome, and Epson Archival Ink. The paper is not only acid, lignin, and chlorine-free, it is also pH-buffered with calcium carbonate for long-term archival stability.

If one were to print images with white snow, will the snow look white, or off-white/ivory/creamy? If it's not white, do you have a recommendation?
The Epson UltraSmooth Fine Art Archival Photo Inkjet Paper is not a pure white. It is a natural white which is virtually the same as pure white as seen by the human eye. If you want a pure white, the Cold Press Bright might be a better option: https://bhpho.to/34jdMc4
