question
Is this good for mounting a Camera to a C-Stand or what other options are available?
Most cameras don't have a mount like this...we use these to hang lights from, say, an overhead pipe grid.

No. It comes with just a male "baby" pin. No 1/4-20 without buying a separate pin. B&H sold both by a non-Matthews brand but they were pricy.

question
Can this hold a t8 bulb? How small can this clamp down?
The Matthews Super Mafer Clamp with Baby (5/8 ) Pin has a maximum jaw opening of 2 inches, while the diameter of a T8 fluorescent bulb is 1 inch. As such, yes, a Matthews Super Mafer Clamp with Baby (5/8 ) Pin may hold a T8 fluorescent bulb. I would simply caution its usage as the glass bulb is fragile and the clamp is strong and can easily crush the bulb.
