The most I've put on one is an FS-7 with a lens. I'm sure it will hold more. They are incredibly useful

I have the Manfrotto 244n arm, and the Manfrotto 244 micro arm. On closer inspection the large arm, 244n, has the Manfrotto name on what is a sticker, a substantial sticker, I've had both for many years, they also have patent numbers on each arm. These are very good arms that allow many attachments without movement of the attachment. I would buy both again if I needed to.
