Great stand, well constructed. The boom is single telescoping, so it's not too long. Can't beat the price.

Heavy duty, and heavy (not unlike a competitor's model that goes by two initials, and just as high in quality). These are very solid, very quiet stands. I've had 8 of these for several years, and they've held up to a lot of travel and abuse, unlike most of the other brands I've tried. These are a significantly better deal than than the competition, as far as I'm concerned. I'm slowly replacing all of my more poorly made, lighter stands with these (and also the Samson BT5, which is another fine model).
