Is there a quick release plate that would fit this tripod. I will be using it with my Canon Vixia HF200. thanks!

How does the head mount to the tripod? Is it like a traditional head that screws on or does it clamp on similar to the Slik 450G
This tripod's head is fixed, and so there is no mount information since it is not interchangeable.
