Plus, its eight unbalanced 1/4" TS inputs offer easy connectivity for line-level inputs or may be configured to function as inserts (for external processing) or direct outputs (for routing to a multitrack recorder). A mono RCA auxilliary input accepts an additional line input.

How do I hook up a piano mic( power mic) to mixer (RM82)?

if you are talking about a condenser mic that requires phantom power, you have phantom power available on the mixer just make sure it is witched on.

Is the "direct out" before or after any trim/gain adjustment? Looking to boost 8 mic signals to 8 line level. Will this do it?

The direct output on the Rolls RM82 8-Channel Mic/Line Mixer is taken immediately after the preamp stage, before any signal processing or adjustments.

Hello, on the rear panel of the device is mentioned that power supply is 120V AC 50/60Hz but in Europe supply is 220V AC 60Hz.Can we connect this device on European power supply? Usually product that comes from USA have both 110/220V AC power supply.Thank you

It doesn't look like the RM82 has a universal power supply. It looks like a 110V linear supply.
