Would the Manfrotto 396 be suitable to hold a 5.6 lb studio flash (specifically the Godox DP400III) including modifier (gridded reflector or snoot)? It would be mounted to a tabletop with a Manfrotto super clamp.
The arm is rated to 11 lbs and would be fine for that light and modifier.

Are the Manfrotto articulated arms made in Italy or elsewhere (like China)? Thanks for any information.
The one I purchased here says made in Italy. If you zoom in on the photo here on B&H in the middle of the front arm to the right of the Manfrotto logo you can see it has the model number on the top line and made in Italy in the bottom left portion of the box. Look carefully you can read it.

Will this Manfrotto 196AB-2 Articulated Arm support a Atomos Shogun without batteries attached? If so, does it come with the proper screws, etc to attach to my Mafrotto N8 Fluid Video Head and tripod? Thank you.
