However, it now distances itself from the pack in that is part of the first Plossl design which has a wide angle apparent viewing field of 60°. The legendary Plossl sharpness with a view that wraps around your mind's eye! The Series 5000 40.0mm Plossl Wide Angle Eyepiece is threaded to accept the Meade 2.00" astronomy filters.
