I consider this to be better than the chimera speed rings I have for the Lowel Omni. It can do octagon as well as strip boxes and the usual sizes from several different manufacturers. Very versatile.

Had an earlier version which is still in use but they have made some nice changes to impove the product.

how does this speeding attach to an Omni Light? Do the screws scratch up the metal casing on the Omni Light? I don't see a place on my Omni Light where the screws would attach.

I'm not familiar with Canon camera, but for us it will hold a Nikon 610 with a 70-200 mm lens attached and that's about all you can fit into the bag. The mounted lens takes up the center of the bag. You might squeeze a lens on each side of it, but it would be a tight fit. I personally wouldn't do it. Only way you can tell is to order it and try it. Send it back if it doesn't work.
