Yankee C-810 reviews

Plastic Ribbed Developing Tray 8x10" - Set of 3 is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality for a very low Price. I used 8x10 Yankee trays years ago when I was doing lots of darkroom prints for my business. Now that I am getting back into the darkroom for my personal work, I find that the design has not changed in 30 years except for one key thing: I am tray developing 8x10 b&w sheet film using the shuffle method Ansel Adams outlines in his book THE NEGATIVE- the ribs on the bottom are now angled up on two sides of the tray allowing for better control of the slippery sheets. The different colors help to identify the various chemicals. They often seem too light to be strong but are actually very rigid. The price is unbelievably cheap- designed in the US they must me make in China.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Trays For inexpensive trays they work very well. Less chemical required due to a non guttered bottom. The front rocks nicely without lifting the tray giving a nice smooth slosh of chemical. Lightweight and easily cleaned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from gets the job done sturdy. i dont have a problem with durability. the trays are sturdy and do not flex so pouring liquids back into the containers is easy. the spout in one corner is great. the ridges in the bottom of the tray are not deep enough, though, so my paper negatives stick to the bottom more easily and it is harder to get them out of the tray.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the price I have other trays in different sizes and I actually prefer a different brand, however these work well if you are careful with them. They tend to flex more than I would like, but they are very affordable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Flexes They flex too much. They aren't sturdy, and they seem like they might be more perceptible to chattering than other plastics. But they are inexpensive. You decide! I prefer the Paterson trays.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Developing Trays Good price. Trays are flexible, tricky when moving with chemicals, easy to spill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Completely recommend! For the price, the quality and reliability is great!
