Nikon FSB-2 Fieldscope & ProStaff Digiscoping Adapter

The Nikon #6956 FSB-2 Adapter allows digiscoping with the Coolpix 4600 & 5600 digital cameras and fixed magnification MC series or DS series Fieldscope eyepieces.  Fabulous results can be expected.

It is recommended that you digiscope with the newer DS Series eyepieces, because they have a wide, unobstructed eyepiece path and far less chance of vignetting.  When using the 40x/50x or 60x/75x DS eyepieces, you will not need any additional attachments beyond this FSB-2 bracket.  When using the 24x/30x DS eyepiece, you will need to use the bracket in conjunction with the included FSBR-2 adapter ring, which provides some additional spacing to properly position the camera/eyepiece combination.
