when you disconnect the neck strap from the parts attached to the camera body, can you connect the two ends of the neck portion (is one end male and the other female) to make a loop to fit over your neck?
The neck pad will clip together to form a loop. It is not big enough to hang loosely around my neck. I wear a 17in dress shirt and it fits me like a turtleneck. But it will fit easily around my arm or can be clipped around a bag or backpack.
