Rode recommends: Rode Fur Windshield for VideoMic NTG Mic B&H # ROWS11 The Rode Dead Cat Wind Muff for VideoMic, NTG1 and NTG2 Microphones BH #RODC will fit, but rather loosely.

Would this fit the Audio Technica AT8035?

No, the Rode Dead Cat is designed for use with Rode's NTG1 and NTG2 which are much shorter mics than the AT8035. The Dead Cat would not cover enough length on the AT8035. You can use the Rycote Standard Hole Classic Softie Wind-Screen - 9.4" Long, 0.7 to 0.8" Diameter Hole, Gray (B&H # RYS24M) or BOYA BY-P240 Windshield for Shotgun Microphones (B&H # BOBYP240) which do both fit the AT8035.
