These are my favorite negative filing sheets. I love flipping them around in the binder because they're so crinkly and satisfying. Also they are wide enough to hold 6 frames and will perfectly fit a 36 exposure roll with an extra row to spare, in case you are able to get a couple more shots on your roll. I can't use any other filing sheet.

Any idea which binder will be able to hold these negatives? I've bought a couple and they seemed too small.

Not really sure. I have tested these out on numerous binders in a store and they seem to overlap on all of them.

What is the material? Is it acid free and pH neutral?

Yes. they are acid free and archival. They have been around for decades and used to be the only option for pros. Unfortunately they are translucent but not transparent, so you have to remove negs to make contact prints or examine individual frames
