Any idea which binder will be able to hold these negatives? I've bought a couple and they seemed too small.
The pages fit in a Paterson binder/negative file which is a different size and different hole pattern from standard 3 ring binder. Don't know what you can do if you can't find the binder online.

What is the material? Is it acid free and pH neutral?
Yes. they are acid free and archival. They have been around for decades and used to be the only option for pros. Unfortunately they are translucent but not transparent, so you have to remove negs to make contact prints or examine individual frames
