Pelican 1300 Overview

The Pelican 1300 Case with Foam in black is an unbreakable, watertight, airtight, dustproof, chemical resistant and corrosion proof hard case that can be used to carry any kind of equipment that needs to be protected from the elements. It is made from ultra high-impact structural copolymer that makes it extremely strong and durable. It has a 0.25" neoprene O-ring, and easy-open double-throw latches that seal perfectly. It includes an automatic pressure equalization valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure. Carry it with the oversized handle that allows you to use two hands for heavy loads.

A four-piece foam set is included with this case.

After some reviews, I seen that the Heil Pro-7 headset would fit in a Pelican 1200 case. But I wanted to make sure I had all the room needed and landed on the Pelican 1300. The Pelican 1300 was a great fit and still had a little more room for the cables. So if anyone is looking for a case for this large headset I would say, get the 1300.

I wanted something to protect my z6ii and lens when going into harsh environments and this is the perfect size for a single camera/lens case. I even have enough room for a SMALL cheapo flash unit and extra battery.

Could I put either a CANON G7xii with some ...

Could I put either a CANON G7xii with some accessories in the case ( battery , blower; things like that) in to this case? They would be place in the landscape mode. Or, can this case hold a NIKON D90 without a battery grip with 18-105 MM lens plus a 85MM 1.8G, plis Can this unit hold a CANON G7Xii with accessories ( extra batteries, blower brush) in the landscape mode- horizontal). Or, if I wanted to, could I place a NIKON D90 with a 18-105 MM attached? I would also have a NIKON 85MM 1.8 G, blower brush; an SB 400 flash in the case+ extra batteries. I might also have a flash bracket with wire in the case. Would this fit ( obviously the G7Xii would not be in the case at the same time) I would purchase the dividers and not the pluck foam. Please advise.?

The Pelican 1300 measures internally 9 x 7 x 6". I would recommend placing the items on a table as they would go in the case and measure length, width, height and then comparing it to the measurements of the case to see if it would fit.

Will this case fit the Sony Alpha Nex-7, 2 lenses (18-55mm and 35mm), and small accessories for the camera (2 batteries, battery charger, lens hood, and USB cable? Or would a larger case be better?

Daniel, it would be tight but I think it would fit what you have specified....I made the inserts into my own custom bi-level sections (See Pinterest @kaarky) so that may work for you

The case is too small for the Canon body and that lens. You need to provide more space between the items to fully protect them. The foam is strong, but those items are heavy.
