Perhaps you can use the Hosa Technology Impedance Transformer XLR Female Mic Lo-Z to Instrument 1/4" Male Hi-Z (B&H # HOMIT43) or Audix T50K Impedance-Matching Transformer
(B&H # AUT50K) if you can work with an XLR Low-Z input.

Does it send signal out of both outputs simultaneously (like a splitter)?
Yes, it does. When splitting, you will lose a bit of the treble, but it's not a huge difference. I use it in that regime--sending two signals out of it to different gear. Let me know if you want to know more. Good luck.
