    Elinchrom 19280 reviews

Battery with Holder for Ranger RX Speed AS Pack is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid performance I've never had any performance issues with this battery. It works consistently and has a fuse to trip when there is an issue with the ranger pack. The design of the ranger pack helps keep water out of it. I shoot mostly in the snow and I have never had any issues with it getting wet. The biggest com is that it's so heavy. The battery is the bulk of the weight of the Ranger Pack. Special note: I have flown all over the world for the past 7 years with a Ranger Pack and have never had any issues with international regulations until this past winter. I always carry the manual with it and highlight the section that states that the battery falls in line with ITA regulations and remove the fuse from the battery. This January, I flew to Narita airport in Japan with the pack. Narita was a connecting flight to Sapporo. During that connection, I was called to the baggage area outside of security and had a hour long discussion about whether or not the pack was safe to fly with. Apparently, Japan has changed their regulations and I was not allowed to fly with it. I was left with no recourse except to leave the battery there...at the airport, never to be seen again. The allowed watt hours in Japan is now 120, this battery is 144.
