question

does this model supply phantom power required by some mikes?
Asked by: Anonymous
The TOA A-912MK2 is a modular unit that requires the purchase of individual input modules for mic connectivity. The M-01F features a female XLR mic input that does supply up to 22VDC phantom power.

question

Why Is there no 70 volt output on my p912mk2?
Asked by: Anonymous
I purchased this amplifier a few months ago and it does have a 70V. output. It's the next terminal above the 25V. terminal. You can also see it on the picture of the rear of the amp. If you still don't see it then the manufacturer may have changed something. Hope this helps, John.

question

How do I get more paging volume?
Asked by: Anonymous
If you've maxed out the volume knob on the input and master output, there are few things you can look at. Consider what the speaker taps are set to, also speaker sensitivity has a direct impact on how loud the speaker will sound. Take a look at the source. Is it mic or line? All of these things affect the level. If you've addressed these concerns, and your system isn't loud enough, chances are you may need more power; either on the speaker side, or the amp side.

question

I'm not getting any signal. Anything I can do?
Asked by: Anonymous
That doesn't give me much to go on. What modules do you have installed? What are you using for a source? Is the unit powering on? Did you check the fuses? What are you using it for? I don't know if you are a newbie or a audio professional, so I don't really know where to start. I'm not an audio pro myself, but did install one of these recently, so, if you can give me as much information as you can maybe I can help you out.
