Will this be able to hold a 8' by 8' frame ...
Will this be able to hold a 8' by 8' frame overhead?
It can certainly hold the weight. No question. And if you're working in an environment with no wind, you're fine. But if you're outdoors with any wind, I'd consider their digital combo stand instead. It's stronger. At full extension these can get a little wobbly.
