It will not. This mount is designed for the RODE NTK: Rode SM2 Elastic Suspension Microphone Shock Mount B&H # ROSM2The included ring mount offers some isolation from shock for the RODE NT-USB.

Will this, the RODE PSM1 work with the SHURE PG42USB microphone?
The Rode PSM1 is not compatible with the Shure mics. The PG42USB requires the Shure A27SM mount.

No, it will not. The mics that this is compatible with have a removable nut at the bottom of the mic that attach them to the shockmount. For the RE-20 you will want to use either the Auray SSM-BC10 or the EV 309A
